Items purchased from Berrasneakers can in most cases be returned within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you can try and evaluate the products as you would in a physical store. If you want to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage. You may remove products from the packaging, unless the packaging is sealed. If you choose to return products, we ask you to report this in advance by completing the return form on our website or using the withdrawal model below. You can also inform us by sending an email to: info@berrasneakers.nl. Please note that you must return products within 14 days of informing us.
Processing your return After we have received your return shipment, we will start assessing the returned items and processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 7 days. The shipping costs for the return shipment are for your own account, and amount to a maximum of €8.50.
Items that cannot be returned
The following types of items cannot be returned:
Products that are delivered sealed and cannot be returned with an open seal.

Make sure that:

- That the copy invoice and return form are enclosed
Useful tips
We try to process your return as quickly as possible. Here are some more helpful tips.
- Make sure you pack the items well so that they are not damaged during transport.
- To save waste, you can use the box in which we sent the product to you.
- Make sure the address label is legible.
To steer
Take the package to a post office of your choice. Here you will receive a proof of shipment. Keep this well until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package has actually been sent and can be requested in case of loss during transport.
Handling
As soon as the return shipment has been processed by us, you will receive an automatic message about this. Of course we try to do this as soon as possible. Have you not heard from us after 14 days? Then please contact our customer service.
